If your unit is not the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, uninstalled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the unit and all original accessories, manuals, and hardware back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent transit damage.
Ship the Unit
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger systems.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit is uninstalled and undamaged, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
